We are the team
leaders for the Inspire Team. Our team spans all over the
United States, Canada, and the U.K. We are Executive Directors
with what we think is the best company in the world!
The company we are
associated with is built on solid ethics and principals. The
company shares it's profits with those associates who work
hard and are committed to a goal and mission. We work hard,
however, we also have a whole lot of fun with our team. They believe that all of us should celebrate success and
so do we! After meeting a goal as a team, we all make sure to
celebrate the fruits of our hard work. We should
probably fill you in on our backgrounds...we'll keep it brief
though.
Karlyn has been
involved in the home business community for over 25
years. She has worked with companies like; Mary Kay
Cosmetics (Cadillac Winner), Alloette Cosmetics, Tupperware,
Avon just to name a few. Karlyn and I both were co-founders of
our own skin care and cosmetic company, Nu-Rejime Plus. We
sold our products in Nordstrom Department Stores. Karlyn is
the foundation to our teams success. She spends a good portion
of each day personally mentoring and coaching our team
associates. She provides all the education and skill
development needs for our team. Her specialty is assisting our
team associates with building relationships over the phone,
thereby assisting our team associates in becoming independent
and self sufficient business builders. She
teaches sales and marketing concepts, phone techniques,
posturing, voice posturing and the how to's of developing a
successful in home business. It should be noted, that Karlyn
has been assisting individuals succeed in the in home market
place as self employed individuals for over 25 years!
Stephan has had
two careers in his lifetime. His first career was in Financial
& Estate Planning. His second career was in the Advertising
industry (print media) where he assisted advertising sales
representatives with skill development and the how to's in
relationship building and salesmanship in a business to
business market place. Karlyn was able to
retire Stephan from his corporate position five years ago at
the young age of 42 . Stephan provides all web support,
internet marketing, customer and associate service assistance
and follows up with our team associates. Additionally, he assists Karlyn with nationwide
conference call trainings and more specifically our once each
month Nuts and Bolts trainings, which have become one
of our trade marks. Stephan also provides complete back office
support for our entire team and is considered the resident
team computer guru...
If you combine our
years in sales and marketing, we have over 50 years of
experience to offer and for our team to take full advantage
of. The Inspire Team, in our opinion, provides
unparallel support to our team associates.
One of our mottos
is, "you are in business for yourself, but not by
yourself." We work extremely hard to live up to that motto
and so does our team associates!
