Professional Web Design & Development

We know the economy is making it hard on all small businesses. We want you to know that we will work with you to make sure you can get online and bring in more sales! Web design is a very personal and individualized processes. Because of that, we can not list exact prices because we set our "fee for service rate," not an hourly rate, but on a case by case basis. Our fee can differ depending on each client's individual need. Therefore, we ask that any business that is interested in receiving a no obligation quote, please contact us at (909) 691-1220 or go here so we can discuss your web design needs with you personally. We do not charge by the hour. Your fee is a single fee that will not go up. Once you receive a formal fee for service quote from us that is your fee. If we go over budget and we can not meet our expectations, that's our problem not yours and by the way, we haven't miss a deadline yet since 1998!  50% of the fee is paid up front and the balance when the web project is complete.

We can create a "Anti-Spam Secured” form where visitors who are requesting information from you have to fill in a security code to contact you. This is really helpful because it stops spam robots in their tracks. You only receive e-mails from real customers or those who are interested in your service. Say good-bye to unwanted e-mails! Website Page Alterations/Changes

We can make page alterations to your website for you on an on going basis. We have two options, *pay-as-you-go, or our *monthly subscription rate. The monthly subscription rate covers you whenever you need a page change or multiple changes and there is no additional charges when we make those changes for you. See charge details below.

E-mail Newsletter Auto-Delivery Service

We setup your e-mail template for you and prep your autoresponder system through one of our partners and cue your newsletter to be auto-delivered each month. Here's another sign up form we created for BXL Corporation [See our work click Here] If you would like an HTML (Graphic based) newsletter to go out with a plain text backup, we can set this up for you. This is called a "Multi-Part" delivery system. Our "intelligent delivery technology" will insure that your Multi-part newsletter get's to your clients and/or customers every month! In essence we are creating, for you, two versions of your newsletter, a graphic based newsletter and a plain text version. Plain text e-mail is read by all e-mail systems and therefore makes sure that those who can not see graphic e-mail's receive your information. This increases your visibility and readability! We can help you sell your products and/or services online! We use the most sophisticated shopping cart and e-commerce system on the net today. ProStores is an EBAY company and is built on the EBAY platform-backbone. It's secure and 100% reliable. You can manage subscription billing, single charge billing and you have a back office that provides invoicing control, customer and inventory controls and much more! Please be aware you will need a merchant account to process credit card billing. If you have a business PayPal account you can use PayPal for transactions.

        Development and store management fees are based on the number of images and
             products displayed.

        A 20 product store will take 40 man hours to develop.

Record a Live PowerPoint Webinar in High Quality

We can pipe the webinar through our systems and produce a High Quality video that is web ready. Some clients prefer to set aside two hours of production time to run through their presentation in a private recording session with us. This allows the client to do a few takes and get their video refined and dialed in.

Edit & Render (Format) Services

Edit out frames and create focus points, Add sound, Add frame transitions, Smart Focus frames – Example of Smart Focus and Zoom in capability within your video click here. You'll see the view zoom in and out for accent focus. Do you have a video that needs better compression for fast loading online? We do amazing work in this department.

        Per Hour Fee: $150.00

Video Conversion Services

AVI to HD, MOV, iPhone, iPod, Blog Ready, DVD Ready, MP4, FLV and SWF Motion Picture, High Def, CD and Web Ready. We can also import and work with these video files: swf, mp4, mpeg, mpg, wmv, swf and mov. Prep video for YouTube Upload to MP4 video or FLV.

Encoding Services

We can encode just about any audio file. If you want and audio file changed from wav to wma or to Mp3 or to ogg, aif, aiff, flac or m4a. We can alter and change an audio file to just about any format you need. Fee Details: If you have one audio file you need converted - the fee will be $75.00; two files will be $150 so on and so forth...

        Per Audio File Fee: $75.00

Play Button Colorized Technology Services

If you have a sound file and you would like it to play on your web site with a colorized (To match your site's theme colors) play button, play, stop, pause, rewind and fast forward we provide that service. We will also e-mail the MP3 file to you. We will send the iFrame code to you so your webmaster can upload to your site. This does not include editing... See our example of colorized play buttons: Click Here to View .  To avoid play button hosting costs you can open your own audio hosting account and we can upload your sound files for you to your own account and e-mail the code to you, for a single fee listed below.
