9 But when you hear of wars and commotions, do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately." 10 Then He said to them, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. 11 And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven. As we are witnessing only the beginning of the "birth pangs" that our Messiah described in Matthew 24 and Luke 21 and elsewhere in the Bible, these events can be unsettling to many. I want to encourage you to "not" be afraid because if we live or die is Christ! Yeshua has each and everyone one of us in His care and under His watchful eye. Nothing will happen to any of us, who believe, that He doesn't allow. Listen to the encouraging and inspirational words of our Messiah and God, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27 One of the evidences that we belong to Yeshua is that we are not afraid of what's happening and what's coming. Something to think and pray about... Isn't a wonderful thing to know that our God cares enough for us all that He made sure to provide in His word, words that we can depend on? Over the last 36 years that I have known Yeshua and have surrendered my heart and life to Him, He has never let me down. He has always been there for me and I know He will continue to be with me as well. The same is true for you! Prophecy is an amazing gift God gave to us. Prophecy is dealt with within scripture a lot, some say 27% - 40%. Why did God construct the Bible that way? The answer is simple and yet very powerful. He loves you and wanted you to have undeniable proof that He is the God of time and space, nothing happens outside of His knowledge and I mean nothing! God wanted us to have a testimony that we could look to, on a daily basis, to confirm to us, in our hearts, that we can confidently put our faith, trust and hope in Him with 100% assurance. Our Bibles foretold of our headlines thousands of years ago, what a God we serve. During these days of turmoil and uncertainty I wanted to reach out to you and encourage you to look up and trust in Yeshua and His provisions for all of us. God never promised us that we would not experience difficulty in this life and in fact, He warned that we would have tribulation on this earth, but, we should not dismay because Yeshua has overcome the world. "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." John 16:33 You know my friends, when I read John 16:33 my heart literally jumps a beat because of the relief that word provides to my heart and soul. I just love that God knew ahead of our generation that we would need the extra encouragement to get through and here it is in this scripture. This scripture causes me to breath a BIG breath of relief. Thank you Lord for caring enough to encourage us today! God loves us, He cares for us, He will never leave us or forsake us! I can attest to that, He's been with me for over 36 years! The video below was sent to me by Rick, a long time subscriber. Thanks Rick for looking out for the family! Here "Many nations shall come and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, To the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, And we shall walk in His paths." For out of Zion the law shall go forth, And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. - Mic 4:2 "If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy." Psalm 137:5,6
