We are once again in a kind of Prophecy "quite" mode right now, so it seems. During these "quite" modes it provides me the time to do some serious thinking about things that either are currently happening or have happened.
There is a big political stir over the issue of global warming right now. Allow me to point out upfront, I think it's all a bunch of rubbish. The politicians and yes, the Tree Huggers and scientists who love a good income (grant) opportunity, love it when an issue becomes this polarized. I will prove with one scripture reference that all of this global warming and cooling mantra should be properly disposed of at the dung heap where it belongs. But first, let's take a stroll back in time to the year I graduated from High School, got married and received the LORD - the great year of 1975...

Wow what a great year 1975 was for me. Boy, you talk about change, I had in spades. Graduated, married and Born Again all within the first four months of 1975! Oh ya, let's nott forget, that's when I first stepped foot into my first church experience with none other that the good people of the Southern Baptists! The SB's taught me (entirely) about God and the Bible, for which I will eternally be grateful!
It was the year Jimmy Carter was the President of The United States and we waited in one mile long gas lines to get 5 gallons of gas. Thank God my little Ford Courier truck only took ten gallons and gas was .39 cents per gallon and we thought that was high. Vietnam was over, April 30th, and the last ten marines left that country forever. Interest rates had gone up to all time high's, 12%-14% for home loans. The mood of the country was anything but positive. Most everyone was gloomy at that point and Carter lacked the wisdom and skills to help bring the country out of the funk it settled into. Then came along Ronald Reagan. Ronnie, as we knew him, took the country from doom and gloom to new heights of joy, wonder and believing that with God's help we could do anything. The American spirit had come back with a vengence!
During this time of gloom the scientific community needed a polarizing issue to assist them in raising capital. That's the way politics works you know, need money, create a problem that scares the hell out of people and the people will write you a blank check. So what did the so called brain's of the day do, they conjured up a new theory, the world is going into a freeze. That's right, if we don't study this carefully, hold on to your wallets now, then in the next ten years or so the world will freeze to death.
Now let's come back to reality, to the year 2007.
This is what I like about being 50 - you have enough years behind you were it's pretty hard to pull the wool over our eyes at this point. The ways and means people do things don't really change, just the faces change. So, here we are, the so called smart people of the day are now telling us the same story, "if we don't pay up now and help Al Gore (faces change) to help us all (this means get Al rich), then in ten, twenty or maybe hundred years, we'll all burn up or die in a flood because of global warming. It is so ridiculous, it would be funny, except for one thing, people are actually buying into this rubbish. Look, I'm all for a healthier environment, just don't lie to me and others, when the truth is, no matter what we do God will see to it that HIS earth remains!!! We give ourselves way too much credit for what we're capable of. We'll end up blowing one another off the map before global warming or freezing will do us any harm. You don't hear anyone talking about that now do you? No. Why? It doesn't make money! It's not a crowd pleaser...
In 1975 it was global freezing and in 2007 it's global warming. They were wrong then and they are wrong now! Want to know what was said in 1975: Click Here and Here. Al Gore's, "An Inconvenient Truth?" He's out to lunch... The man is mad-insane, out of his mind.
Any first year student of the Bible can tell you that world does not end anytime soon. In fact, anyone who takes the Bible literally shouldn't be phased one iota by this global warming stupidity and should speak out against it, just as we are doing in this report.
The Bible is clear that Yeshua (Jesus Christ) will return and the earth will continue for 1,000 (Millennia) years under His reign. Now, I don't know about you, but I haven't seen Yeshua in Jerusalem on His throne or in His temple to date at anytime in history. Therefore, we know for a certainty, the world still has lot's of time left. Now, unless you have a straight line to God and know the future, as far as any of us can tell, I can't say when Christ will return, can you? So, what's really going on here? Just like I said, follow the money trail, it leads to the reason why. It's all about money, fame, power and self indulgence. All of this global warming talk has nothing to do with your welfare or mine. It's rubbish...
Okay I promised one scripture to disprove the global warming myth...Are you ready? Read this; Revelation 20.
So, what does all of this mean? Read Matthew 24 and Luke 21. The change in weather patterns were all predicted by Christ. It's that simple and look at how much time we just saved, not to mention the millions we just saved, but, that's to easy and the world would rather suffer and be lied to then to admit that God had the answer and was just waiting for them to come to Him for it.
